Registration & Cancellation Policy
All registrations are binding. Once a purchase has been completed, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances, including but not limited to cancellation, inability to attend, or change of personal circumstances.
If a participant is unable to attend the event, their place may be transferred or resold to another person. To do so, the original participant must notify us in advance and provide the full name and contact details of the replacement participant no later than a reasonable time before the event takes place.
We reserve the right to refuse entry if transfer details have not been submitted in accordance with these terms.
