Here you can find an important information package for the King of Finland Time Attack weekend at Alastaro Circuit.

FOOD - BREAKFAST AND LUNCH - PRELIMINARY INFO

 Friday and Saturday lunch can bought on site from lower paddock restaurant.

The prepaid and crew vouchers will be distributed at the paddock from the welcome center.

Menu:
Breakfast: Porridge, pies, fried/boiled eggs, sausages, meatballs with bacon, breads, cold cuts at least for starters and coffee/tea, a proper breakfast.

Lunch: meatballs and mashed potatoes, salad buffet.

Note: There will also be a Barot’s Burger wagon at the paddock.

MEDIA ACCREDITATION

All photographers and media representatives must apply for accreditation by filling out our Media Accreditation Registration Form. Click the button below to get to the registration form.

THURSDAY, PADDOCK TENTS AND CAMPING INFO

Setting up tents and registration for camping in Alastaro Circuit is possible on Thursday, Friday and Saturday. On Thursday only upper paddock 2 gate 2 is open during hours 08:00-22:00. Friday and Saturday follow the schedule below.

Camping location is marked to the lower paddock 1 detailed map. Please use the transfer way from upper paddock 2 to lower paddock 1.

Note: If paddock tents are placed to lower paddock 1 during Thursday, please use the locations marked in the lower paddock 1 detailed map and call Perttu +358 40 570 5455 for details. Wrongly placed tents will be taken down before the Friday event starts.

Paddock 2 (upper paddock) IS NOT for tent placements. All teams must place their tents to Paddock 1 (lower paddock).

Go to the Welcome Center in Paddoc 1 – lower tower (near the line up gate). For exact location – see the MAPS section on this page.

GENERAL SCHEDULE AND INFORMATION ON FRIDAY AND SATURDAY 15.-16.5.2026 - PRELIMINARY INFO

FRIDAY - PRELIMINARY SCHEDULE

06.30 GATES OPEN AND COFFEE 

(USE UPPER PADDOCK 2, GATE 2 AND TRANSFER WAY TO PADDOCK )

07.00-08:00: BREAKFAST

07.00-08:00: WELCOME CENTER AND INSPECTION OPEN

All vehicles welcome, we can arrange everything on site if necessary with vehicle book/inspection.

INSPECTION

We offer inspection at the following times:  

– Friday: 07:00 – 08:45, 19:30 – 20:30  

– Saturday: 07:00 – 08:00  

If you need a special inspection time, contact the staff beforehand to arrange a drop-in alternative.

WELCOME CENTER

Our Welcome center welcomes you with its friendly staff and the center will be available from the same time as the inspection each day and closes when inspection ends.

Every driver will receive a welcome package upon arrival.  

In the package, you’ll find:  

– Info sheet  

– Stickers to be placed to your car  

– Printed schedules & start lists

At the same time, you will also collect your race timing transponder. You need to leave your driver’s license as deposit when you are holding the transponder. When you return the transponder, you will get your driver’s license back. If you lose your transponder, a fee of 500€ will be collected. Transponder holders / zip ties are also available with a small 10€ fee. 

**Your vehicle must be inspected before competing**, and you **must** collect your inspection package beforehand.

Only **one technical inspection** is required for the whole weekend, but **Parc Fermé spot checks** may occur throughout the race days.

08.00: DRIVER BRIEFING 

Place: Paddoc 1, lower tower, near check in gate.

All drivers must attend the driver meeting at the welcome center (your mechanic can attend on your behalf).

For first-timers, an introduction session follows the meeting, where you can ask kinds of questions.

09.00: TRACK SESSIONS START ACCORDING TO DAY SCHEDULES

11.00-13.00: LUNCH

12.30-13:00 STAFF LUNCH BREAK

The track has its own restaurant serving meals, snacks and drinks.

Important: Please avoid eating during staff meal times, as they have priority in the queue to continue sessions.

13.00: TRACK SESSIONS CONTINUE ACCORDING TO DAY SCHEDULES

SAFETY & RESCUE

The large variety of vehicles, the high pace between the competition heats and the mix of driver levels is a big challenge for an organizer. We have over a decade (10+ years) of experience in this, today few driving sessions in a season are canceled, an important guarantee for those of you who carefully choose where to spend your weekends with your beloved vehicle. We are aimed at you who are a dedicated driver, with high demands on quality, or you as a beginner who wants to be able to relax if something should go wrong.

Our arrangements provide security and order, so you can concentrate on setting fast lap times instead. If an accident should occur, we are well prepared to act quickly and resolutely.

CHECKLIST: OUR RESCUE OFFER:

  • Several rescue/firefighting vehicles with large capacity and advanced cutting equipment.
  • Experienced firefighters and officials with experience of rescue work in elite racing.¨
  • We are where needed – manned posts, which provide a superior overview and follow you the entire lap – if something is suspicious, e.g. smoke development, the organization acts lightning fast.
  • Modern light boards and/or experienced flag guards allow you to see immediately if danger is imminent or the conditions for the heat change.
  • Vehicles for fast towing, clean-up and tackling all challenges, which thus keeps the drive going and takes your vehicle from a vulnerable position to the depot safely.
  • Ambulance with trained paramedics on site, ready to make a quick first intervention in case of emergency.
